Hi,

Did u copy php4ts.dll to /windows/system folder. and php.ini to windows directory. Also you need to change your server details in http.conf which is located in conf directory in apache distribution. If u still getting problem, tell me the exact error.
Also i think u r using sybase, then please corresponding dll to system folder.
